Download: Download PPSSPP 0.91 Alpha version How to use: Copy to the Xbox 360; put a psp iso nameed psp.iso is the same directory as the default.xex; Launch the default.xex as you would any other homebrew. Use 'controllers for all'. Though I didn't see ps4 controller on its supporting list, but you can try ps3 controller mode since they are very similar. Controllers for all comes with a tutorial (sweet), and you will need a windows pc to change the mac address of your controller so it can connect to your idivice through Bluetooth.

How to hook up my PS3 controller to the Windows emulator?
I just downloaded the windows emulator so i could play Kingdom Hearts BBS and when i started it up, i went to configure the controls to my controller and it doesn't seem to be picking up whenever i hit button on the controller but my PCSX2 emulator does, any solutions?

I can't tell you given that I don't know PCSX2..
Maybe PCSX2 has integrated the needed drivers ?

Is there a way you can walk me through this, i've never messed with drivers and i have no clue what to do

I'm not sure how PCSX2 does it, but it might talk directly to the PS3 controller with RawInput or something, while PPSSPP uses DirectInput and/or XInput, which are built-in to Windows itself. So if your computer doesn't 'understand' what a PS3 controller is on its own, PPSSPP won't, either.

I want to use a PS3 controller for my PPSSPP emulator too. But I don't have the bluetooth thing it says to use. I have the controller plugged in through a USB. I am using a Toshiba laptop with Windows on it. I thinks its the newest Windows. How do I set it up?

The Scarlet Crush driver works for both bluetooth and USB, just install it and it should act just like any other XInput device in windows
